A plain-language account of how Wasila Techo Labs safeguards the small amount of technical data connected to your succulent-growing adventures.

01 Introduction

This document explains the privacy practices that apply when you install and use Tig Legends, a complimentary mobile application distributed for Android devices by Wasila Techo Labs. Throughout this policy, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wasila Techo Labs, while "you" refers to the person using the application.

By launching or continuing to use Tig Legends, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and accept the handling of information as described below. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of the application.

At a glance: Tig Legends does not track you across other apps or websites, does not build advertising profiles, does not collect your location, and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

03 Information We Collect

We follow the principle of data minimization: we process only the limited technical details that are genuinely needed to keep Tig Legends running smoothly. Concretely, this may include:

  • Device model and device type;
  • Operating system version and application version;
  • Language and regional settings;
  • Anonymized diagnostic, performance and crash information.

No tracking. We do not deploy analytics services, advertising identifiers, device fingerprinting or cross-app tracking technologies that would let us follow your activity across applications or websites operated by other companies. We do not create behavioral advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

No location collection. Tig Legends does not request, collect or store your precise or approximate geographic location.

No AI processing. The application does not include artificial-intelligence features that analyze your content or personal data.

No third-party services selected. No external SDKs, advertising networks or analytics providers have been integrated into this release of Tig Legends.

04 How We Use Information

The information described above is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • Delivering, operating and maintaining the application so that it functions correctly on your device;
  • Responding to your support messages and communicating with you when you reach out;
  • Monitoring stability, preventing misuse and improving overall performance;
  • Fulfilling legal duties and meeting the requirements imposed by the distribution platform.

We do not repurpose this information for marketing, profiling or any purpose unrelated to the operation of Tig Legends.

05 Sharing of Information

We do not trade, rent or sell your information. In the limited circumstances where a service provider helps us operate or support the application, that provider may access information solely to carry out the assigned task on our behalf and is contractually bound not to use or disclose it for any other reason.

We may also release information when we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid court order, subpoena or comparable legal process, or when disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Wasila Techo Labs, our users or the general public.

06 Data Retention

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to accomplish the purposes described in this policy. When that need ends, the information is deleted or anonymized. Where applicable law obliges us to retain certain records for a longer period, we will respect that requirement and keep the data only for the mandated duration.

07 Security

We apply commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect the information we handle against accidental loss, unauthorized access or misuse. That said, no transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

08 Children's Privacy

Tig Legends is not intended for anyone below the age of 16. We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from children under 16. Should you believe that a child has supplied us with personal data, please write to [email protected] and we will take steps to erase that information promptly.

10 Google Play Disclosure

Tig Legends is published and distributed through Google Play. Our data practices are shaped to align with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Google Play User Data Policy, including the expectation that data collection, use and sharing be disclosed transparently. The disclosures in this policy are intended to satisfy those platform-level requirements for the Android release of the application.

11 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application or in applicable rules. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and adjust the effective date shown at the top. We recommend checking back periodically so that you remain aware of the current terms.
